Location fantastic, near beach and Marina. Friendly and helpful staff. Good choice and quality of food. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Large and comfortable bar area. Nice touch with complimentary bottle of fizz.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was sparkling clean, with spacious rooms. The breakfast had a good choice and the staff were very friendly. We loved the location, as it was easy to get into the center for all entertainment. The transportation options were convenient, with regular and cheap buses that took us all the way downtown. The hotel's proximity to the waterpark and being in the center of this city was a big plus.

Located just a stone's throw away from the lively Benidorm Palace, our hotel provided the perfect base for us to indulge in the local entertainment. The proximity to the Palace allowed us to easily attend a show without worrying about long journeys or transportation hassles. the hotel was conveniently situated near various shops, bars, and restaurants, ensuring that we had plenty of options for entertainment and dining.
The only minor downside we encountered was the closure of the pools at 6pm sharp. While it initially disappointed us, we soon realized that the early closure was due to the hotel's commitment to maintaining a high level of cleanliness through daily cleaning routines.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. the location was perfect for us. It was close enough to all the attractions that this place has to offer, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. We were able to easily walk to the beach and marina, and there was also underground parking available for those who prefer to drive. The staff at this venue were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly the bar staff who served us some delicious drinks. We also loved the wide selection of food available, with a nice variety that went beyond the usual fare. The room itself was spacious and clean, and we appreciated the daily housekeeping service. we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to other families.
